Wull is 73 years old. He was born and brought nine miles from Arbroath. Most of his working days were spent as a farm hand on farms in that area.
As a boy he and his brothers would fish off the rocks at the foot of the cliffs.
On moving to Arbroath he and his son continued to go sea fishing. The Lady Ann lets Wull know when it is high or low tide at Arbroath harbour. This then allows him time to make his way to the harbour to meet his son, board the boat and go offshore fishing.
